[Feature] provide a way to export the mnemonic generated with `generate-mnemonic`

I had a problem where my Zallet state is corrupt. 
It seems that the only way to get past this is to delete the db file and start over, but I can't get my 
mnemonic phrase out of it. I don't have anything in it so it's not a problem for me but it could have been.
