Change AcceptPartialEditPrediction keybindings on macOS to align more with VSCode, use less keys

Current keybinding default makes it difficult to work with edit prediction out of the box, VSCode has an easier default. Also makes it easier for people to switch to zed.

Suggested keybinding:

      "cmd-right": "editor::AcceptPartialEditPrediction"

A pull request #23357 made this changes because ctrl-right is already bound to jump to the end of the line. Two problems exist with this thinking:

• cmd+right is what jump to the ends of a line, not ctrl-right. This aligns with VSCode, which is good and easier to press.
• suggestions show after a short delay, and are almost always at the end of the line anyway. So it's highly unlikely that someone would want to jump to the end of a line while viewing a suggestion.
