Support function calls with surround operations

In nvim-surround, you can do dsf to remove the wrapping function call. This also applies to the change and add operations as well (ysiwfmy_func to wrap the inner word with a call to my_func).

The example found in the nvim-surround repo shows the following, where * represents the current cursor position:

    delete(functi*on calls)     dsf             function calls

I find this functionality to be quite useful and use it but I don't see the ability to do this in Zed currently (unless it does exist and it's just implemented in a way that I'm not sure how to access).
