Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

Basically, the command in Vim - vi" or vi' does not work with the Brazilian keyboard (Mac). However, when switching to the American keyboard, it works normally. There is an issue, but I believe it has not been resolved ( issue )

  System Version: macOS 14.7 (23H124)
  Kernel Version: Darwin 23.6.0
  Secure Virtual Memory: Enabled
  Model Name: MacBook Pro
  Model Identifier: Mac15,3
  Memory: 24 GB

@rootemanuel This should be fixed by the keyboard changes in v0.163. Please let me know if not.
