zed can't accept shortcuts ctrl-shift-space

Add basic vi motion support for terminal #18715
I haven't been able to use shortcuts since the merge.

use debug: Open Key Context View
There was no input seen either, as if it was swallowed up by something

1. in terminal input ctrl-shift-space switch vim mode

Ctrl-Shift-Space doesn't trigger Vi Mode on MacOS #8006

I think this shortcut may need some discretion, and it needs to be supplemented with this information
