Reproduction steps

  1. Enable a theme that uses a transparent or translucent window/background.
  2. Launch Zed normally.
  3. Open About Zed from the command palette.
  4. Observe the background of the About Zed modal.

Current vs. Expected behavior

Current behavior: The About Zed dialog has an excessively bright/opaque background when using a translucent theme, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Expected behavior: The About Zed dialog should respect the theme's transparency and render consistently with the rest of the translucent UI.

This appears to be related to how the About Zed modal composites its background with the application's transparent/translucent window background.

However, this report is specifically about the About Zed modal, where the visual discrepancy is particularly noticeable.
