Git Gutter Width is 1 pixel off #62646

Description

@alexmaltsevgit

Reproduction steps

  1. Start Zed
  2. Have git-tracked file redacted
  3. Split panels to left and right
  4. Set Git Gutter Width to 1px
  5. Look at gutter of left panel, then compare with gutter of the right panel

Current vs. Expected behavior

Gutter on the right panel supposedly has to be the same as on the left panel. But it is 1 pixel off
When I set width to be 1px, right gutter is not visible at all:

When I set width to be 2px, right gutter is only 1px, while left is 2px:

Not horrible of course. I just wanted to have 1px git gutter, yet it's not visible on the right panel
