Enable zooming and mic access to Sidebar

I love the Sidebar! So useful to have another window fixed there to the left side. However it would massively increase in usability if it offered the standard zooming in and out (Cmd + - for example on macOS) and allowed microphone access. Then it could be used for Google Voice, Microsoft Teams, or Discord. The first two require mic access, the last renders font far too large when on a 13" laptop for the content to be very useful.
