What happened?

If you have an essential tab, and have it open if you right click it and press 'Close Tab' it removes it from essentials instead of just closing the open instance of it

Reproducible?

  • I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.

1.7.6b

What platform are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

That seems like a very weird behavior to me but alright, is there an alternate way to close instances of essential tabs if I don't want it running when I'm not actively using it?

^ after reading your screenshot more closely i see the keyboard can close them still without removing, i think that makes it even weirder, especially when an existing 'Remove from Essentials' button exists.
