Model DB Hooks

Hi and thanks for the amazing project! I was wondering if there is any plan to support db hooks or callbacks for events related to the db entities. E.g. executing a callback when an item is created or deleted etc.
It seems to be in demand also on the prisma repo prisma/prisma#3547
