Updates for STM32U5 and STM32WBA devices support

Cherry picked 2 commits from mainline PAS-Arch-Test repository to allow the 'ns' variants of Zephyr boards based on STM32U5 and STM32WBA65 to build and run the PAS Arch Tests.

It's related to zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr#95722 to allow testing PSA Arch tests on WBA65 platforms and restores the tests on STM32U5 platform that were no more supported since zephyrproject-rtos/trusted-firmware-m@6ecd870 was merged through zephyrproject-rtos/trusted-firmware-m#105.

I forgot to say that I removed this P-R from dependencies of P-R #95722 (now merged) mentioned in my previous comment.
I can create a Zephyr P-R related to this psa-arch-tests P-R if you're willing to merge this.

Yeah, definitely make a Zephyr PR if you want to have this merged.
Also, please make sure to follow the new commit guidelines (which apply to the TF-M and Mbed TLS forks) described here: https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/mbedtls?tab=readme-ov-file#additional-patches
Here you would basically just need to prepend the commit titles with [zep fromtree].
