It would be nice if we had our own chat server/room.
I am personally a big fan of matrix, because it is open source, decentralized and has lots of clients: desktop/web/android/ios and more.
You can register for my server here (you don't need an email):

https://chat.dmnd.sh/register?token=RadioMadridIdea

and then just join Matrix

the server is also synchronized with a telelgram and slack room. An additional discord room would also be possible if required, but I think we should use matrix just because it allows us to exchange big files and has the best syntax highlighting. It also allows for video/audio chat.

bin ich dem richtigen Server gejoint? und wuerde ein Chatroom auf dem Discord Server nicht auch funktionieren?

ja bist du hab dich zum room mal eingeladen.

und ja discord ist auch okay, aber keine ahnung finde halt open source und so meine daten besitzen cool lmao.

außerdem ist discord gerade down und matrix nicht ...
