Bosch Radiator Thermostat II will not connect properly

Description of the issue

I tried without any success to connect my new Bosch Radiator Thermostat II (IEEE adress 0xc498860000d4abb2(0x1965)). The yellow led only stops flashing after the five minutes from Z2M are over.

I just switched my Home Assistant addon from normal to dev ago, because with the normal version (1.28.4-1) it wouldn't pair either. Z2M sees the radiator and starts the interview, but after that the only thing in the logs is the "last seen" message. Z2M reports this device as "not supported".
