Listings is the term we use under the market so it would be confusing to have it mention in both place for each entity. The Shop let you create Sales and manage Sales (can also be called sale contract). You do not aggregate sales per say. Its more in the case of aggregating listings for Market with OpenSea or MagicEden.

Stock and deadline is good. We need to switch Listings for Sales and the sentence should be "You can create sales, control stock, set deadlines and more."
