This PR reworks the browser UI without attempting a full rework.

Notable feature (non-visual) changes:

• drag n drop support from @stackxp <3
• default file sizes in MB
• custom accent color setting added
• grid view toggle is now in grid header
• all themes should keep working, even the Window95 ones, but hotdog stand might not entirely reflext the original vision anymore
• control panel button now lives in the account popup in the top bar
• includes mobile layout
• right click (long press) on mobile is possible
• the tree and path can be visible at the same time
• settings and upload are now a popup/modal
• searching for files via drag n drop is now only possible when the search mode is toggled in the up2k UI
• bup is an optional dropdown in the up2k modal
• creating files / folders is now done via right click menu, or the plus button in the bottom right
• searching folders / subfolders is now the default when clicking the search button. extended search options are accessible via down arrow in the search box
• optional slider media progress bar
• in the image viewer, clicking the outer thirds of the image no longer goes to the next / previous image
• IE11 (and new 3DS) tested for basic functionality (not all visual changes are reflected 1:1, but everything should be usable)

yeah sorry haha, my commit history might not be the cleanest, i like to commit a lot for individual changes... it HAS also been almost a month of full throttle work on this, with probably almost a hundred hours on this, so it being a lot of commits is also to be expected.
