update test for ocean cmoriser

Summary

Add mock ocean dataset and integration test for ocean variable CMORisation workflow.

Changes

tests/mocks/mock_data.py

• Add create_mock_2d_ocean_dataset() function that generates mock ACCESS-ESM ocean output
• Matches ACCESS-ESM ocean output structure (xt_ocean, yt_ocean, time_bnds, etc.)

tests/integration/test_cmoriser_integration.py

• Add test_multiple_ocean_variables_workflow to verify ocean variable processing
