This PR is related to #32 and introduces a simple script for the automated postprocessing of MOM6 outputs. The script follows the agreed template, which can be referenced in https://github.com/COSIMA/access-om3/issues/190#issuecomment-2272409582.
Regarding WW3, it would be good to change the outputs once some changes to the wave cap by NorESM are merged. For more details, refer to https://github.com/COSIMA/access-om3/issues/190#issuecomment-2272615701
