Procedural sounds with CUDA maybe

This is an experiment to develop procedural sounds with NVida CUDA cores. This was developed and tested on an NVidia Jetson Nano running NVidia's software, "JetPack" which is a modified Ubuntu distro with added items and libraries.

Progress

• Open audio device successfully
• Make any sort of noise come out of the speakers
• Make a 440hz sine wave come out of the speakers
• Make multiple sine waves come out of the speakers
• Make CUDA generate samples
• Make CUDA operate on samples
