By the end of this milestone, I aim to have a fully functional base system for creating and managing publications, as well as a page where all created publications can be viewed. This will include setting up the necessary UI components, backend endpoints, and database models for handling publications. The focus will be on ensuring that users can easily create, view, and manage publications efficiently.
