$BLOCKSDSis set in CONFIG.NDS before running config.sh.popen/pcloseshims in util.c are no longer required, as libxmp's usage ofpopenwas isolated to the depackers system (which MZX doesn't enable) in 4.5.0. Fixes missing declaration warnings.caverns_mmutilbundle no longer removes the .MODs.
