Added typechain to accomodate refactor changes, since ABIs changed a lot Fix up getContract augur tests pass WIP Fix fix: check if event exists nfl test simplify augur data-server for tests
The F/OT event status wasn't mapped to resolved causing over-time games to not resolve.

Not ready to merge yet. This should be part of the 1.6 release, since it requires new fetchers to be deployed.
