Stand-alone usage:

  • CREATE FOLDER \steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota_mod
  • COPY pak01_dir.vpk TO dota_mod FOLDER
  • ADD LAUNCH OPTION: -language mod

With No-Bling usage:
copy pak02_dir.vpk to \steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota_tempcontent
