Update Azure Functions CDN URI from functionscdn.azureedge.net to cdn.functions.azure.com

URL "https://cdn.functions.azure.com/public/ExtensionBundles/Microsoft.Azure.Functions.ExtensionBundle" duplicated across different files, is there a way to create a variable and updated using that variable, such as , $CDN_LOCATION.
