Update common to 108 to address issues

Description

• Removed the warning message about failing to initialize PSStyle in automation runbooks. [Az.Accounts v3.0.4 givimg warning in Azure Automation with PowerShell 5.1 runbooks #26155]
• Fixed the issue that context is not cleared when WAM is enabled.
• Increased the timeout for tab-completion of location, resource group, etc. to 10 seconds.
