… ring Relocates the live-polling control from the sidebar footer to the screen headers, beside the time-window selector (overview/runs/cost + mobile). Adds a ring that drains over each 5s cycle as a 'next refresh' countdown. Live state + nextRefreshAt now flow through cockpit context; the single router.refresh() loop stays in CockpitShell. Reverts the dev-indicator config (no longer overlapped).
The control now lives in a persistent desktop top bar (CockpitShell) and the mobile header, so it shows on every screen — including ticket/trace/prompts/ evals/editor, which have no time-window selector. Removes the per-screen inline copies to avoid duplication; on data screens the control sits in the top bar directly above the window selector.
