WIP: reorganizing Allas contents

Proposed changes

First sorry, I did not really plan to make so big changes. So feel free to reject all/part of this..

It seems to me that some people have trouble getting started with Allas. So here my attempt to get the Docs easier to follow.
Here is a lot of changes, but the main ones:

1. Earlier there were 3-4 places what kind of explained how to use allas from HPC, now it is only once in https://csc-guide-preview.rahtiapp.fi/origin/ktiits-allas/data/Allas/allas-hpc/

Removed because of this: computing/allas.md and support/faq/how-to-move-data-between-puhti-and-allas.md refers now only refers to allas-hpc.md

2. allas-conf was again and again in very many places, with varying detail. I made a separate page for it. https://csc-guide-preview.rahtiapp.fi/origin/ktiits-allas/data/Allas/using_allas/allas-conf/
3. New sections to Allas introduction page, which I could not find elsewhere and which I think are important to understand before starting https://csc-guide-preview.rahtiapp.fi/origin/ktiits-allas/data/Allas/introduction/
4. Web UIs, in some places it was still according to old (only Pouta UI), minor text changes to adjust to new situation.
5. Significant changes to clients listing page. https://csc-guide-preview.rahtiapp.fi/origin/ktiits-allas/data/Allas/accessing_allas/

The only page with new URL is https://csc-guide-preview.rahtiapp.fi/origin/ktiits-allas/data/Allas/allas-hpc/ it was earlier allas-example.

2 more things that I thought about, but did not do anything:

• More positive attitude towards S3, if that is the future..
• New client page for aws s3, which might be better maintained than s3cmd?

Checklist before requesting a review

Thanks Kylli, this is a great initiative! The reorganization will change some URLs, so we should also set up redirects as needed to make sure no incoming links break.

@kkmattil @rkronberg A (too) big update suggestion to Allas section.. Not sure how to go forward about this. Via Github or in Zoom?
