This PR adds an ELFIE (https://opengeospatial.github.io/ELFIE/) schema.org view. This exposes the geometries as a schema.org view using best practices aligned with ELFIE and schema.org. Contexts published by ELFIE are reused - see https://opengeospatial.github.io/ELFIE/json-ld/
