Development Process

Each iteration of project development will be one month basis.Schedule will follow milestone.We consider a Friday to the next Thursday as a week since routine meetup will be on Friday bi-weekly.
The goal of each milestone: to deliver a version of EV map usable and robust.The estimated work is captured and planned in milestone plan. Prioritized features and issues(bugs) will be listed in the Milestone.
Definition for single feature completion:
- The project is able to run locally with added feature.
- Documentation (in both function and text file if needed) has been added/updated for the feature.
- *test(s) have been implemented for the feature
work is done in weekly segments:
- week 1
- Getting familiar with the project
- Address critical issues unsolved in the previous milestone
- Plan the milestone *week 2,3 *work according to the milestone plan *Final Week preparation (week before)
- create release branch
- Finish release document
This project has a roadmap which defines high level features to be addressed in semester time frame.
