Adding the "Talent Psionics" card to the Spellbook
To get the Talent Psionics card at the top of the Spellbook in Version 3 of the D&D5e system, set the class's Spellcasting Progression to Talent.
Click the class's icon on the features tab to edit it:
On the Details tab, set the Spell Progression dropdown to Talent:
and choose a Spellcasting Ability.
The "Talent Psionics" card will now be at the top of the Spellbook:
