Adds appearance section.

Documents changes to UI customization introduced recently:

In Move user.css to user data ComfyUI_frontend#3952 => made the user.css system work again (for advanced styling)
In Set output as background ComfyUI_frontend#3079 and [feat] Add file upload support to canvas background image setting ComfyUI_frontend#3958 => added feature to allow changing the background image of the canvas

Adds documentation of existing color palette system. To make this section, used https://comfyui-wiki.com/en/interface/appearance#color-palette as reference
