Purpose

Slightly modify tutorials home page

Changes

  • move piggy bank to advanced applications
  • remove semi fungible token from this page
  • move eSealing to Advanced Applications and remove it's separate section
  • rename Advanced Features to Advanced Concordium Features
  • change redirect from development best practices to best practices index
