Documentation restructure: Consensus mechanisms and Staking sections

Purpose

To restructure the Consensus mechanisms and Staking sections to create clearer user journeys, improve information hierarchy, and reduce content duplication.

Changes

Consensus Mechanisms section

• Moved Block production and validation (renamed from "Validation"), Time concepts, and Validator suspension from Staking section
• Updated Consensus mechanisms overview with links to new subsections
• Revised Block production and validation document: clarified validation process, added Time concepts link, replaced detailed setup section with "Further reading" links
• Fixed typos in Time concepts

Staking section

• Updated Staking hub page with link to Block production and validation and updated navigation links
• Created new "How to become a validator" high-level guide with prerequisites, setup overview with links to detailed setup documentation, and useful resources
• Renamed "Delegation" to "How to become a delegator"
