add privacy policy popup component (Closes #107)

Description

Added a Privacy Policy Popup Component that displays the privacy policy when the "Privacy and Policy" link is clicked. The popup includes a close button to dismiss the policy. This feature enhances user experience by allowing users to view privacy details without navigating away.
I do also have done some code formating to increase the code readability :)
