This pull request updates one-pipeline to a newer version.

Recent changes:

• [debug] always print injection image size
• [bug] datadog-packages tar extraction
• [bug] Fix publishing tags to registry.ddbuild.io
• Updates to config registry validation
• Update lib injection base image to 3.22.1

Some of these changes may have already applied depending on your previous version of one-pipeline. See the libdatadog-build repository for all changes
