Add kpk as vault curator (incl. Gearbox vaults)

kpk has moved into the risk curation space. Starting with Gearbox protocol, for which I added the supply-side ERC4626 vaults in this PR. TVL will start scaling up over the next few days.

Please add kpk as both a new risk curator, with this initial TVL adapter.
