The Journal Release

Adding 107 new and many updated entries of publications, places, historic persons, organizations, and more mainly from completing the encoding of Mitford’s Journal of 1819-1823.

August 2023 Release

433 new entries and many updated entries since June 2023 from many of the same coded file sources in the Digital Mitford Project represented in the previous release (Our Village, Journal, and plays).

June 2023 SI Release

This release of the Digital Mitford Site Index adds over 200 new entries for a total of 2789 named entities, representing research on the project over the past two years.

Small repairs

Small but significant repairs connected with checking entries related to Charles I.

Erie Transfer

This release adds around 200 xml:ids to the SI, including more flora and fauna. It also marks a change of university affiliation in two of the projects' founding editors.

• Revisions to the previous site index release to recover a missing entry and repair the catalogue.xml file to properly interact with the project schema.
• Finished draft of instructions on how to update the Digital Mitford project site index using this GitHub repository.
