Are these ordered properly? I just checked and Z3 is a direct dependency of PyTorch since 4.9.1. It doesn't matter really it is just an observation.

We can also remove it.

So does that mean the file name is wrong and it should be 4.9.0
?

We are using EB 4.9.4 all the way, and moving in order starting from the oldest EB versions
