Data

This project includes data from sites invaded "I" and non-invaded "NI" by invasive mammals in Patagonia.

Raw Data

The raw data was extracted from a paper published by Vitali et al 2021 (DOI:https://doi.org/10.1002/ecy.3547), to be reprocessed in this project. The relevant raw file in the original repository is in xlsx format (https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/Data_The_disruption_of_a_keystone_interaction_erodes_pollination_and_seed_dispersal_networks/15032136) and contain several sheets with ecological. The name of the sheet follows the format "Interaction type_Treatment_SiteID_YearID". For example:

• Pol_PTM_Site1_2017: contains information on plant-pollinator interaction from the treatment "PTM" ("NI" in the present paper) in the site 1 and year 2017. The format of the file:

Processed Data:

We pooled interaction data across sites and seasons within each site type, obtaining four processed files ("I_pol","I_disp","NI_pol","NI_disp"). These files were used to create the multilayer files and run the analysis. The format of the files:
