I'm wondering if its too long to combine the minutes from the meeting in with the Agenda. Especially if there is going to be a second one based around a similar agenda but taking into account notes from the first.

I was thinking the same in hindsight, considering the point was to keep it all in one place until we figured something out, but now we could separate it.

After typing the first comment and reading @RaymondFeesh's reply:
In order of thoughts:

  • Folder for each meeting "series"?
  • Folders may be a little..... Bulky?, heavy?.... something.
    • folders may still be good if we have any meetings that produce other documents that aren't "documentation" really as much as adding context to the meeting.

Personally, I wouldn't already start to split into meeting series. I think we can create sub-folders when we know better how things should be split thematically. Having everything in one folder should be ok for quite a while.

Even if someone wants to upload some slides with the agenda it shouldn't be a problem.

I guess I can move the folder to be the more general "meetings" instead of "meeting-minutes" however...
