Work in progress, I would like to be sure there is an agreement about the path to use before adapting more things (quant_table_set_index_count...)
Since this is a new
colorspace_typevalue, we can add it to FFV1 v0-v3 without breaking anything (old decoders would only reject the file with "colorspace not supported" message)It depends on #89, only the last commit is part of this PR.
