fix(migration): Preserve renamed agent profiles - #2936

Normalize accepted source profile keys with the configuration owner's alias mapping before filtering converted fields. This prevents legacy profiles from being discarded after their identities are renamed. Cover alias merging, custom profiles, target preference preservation, and configuration round trips. Update the end-to-end migration test to expect the canonical Standard profile identity.
