This PR adds support and documentation for a new TOTEM PCB version 0.4-plus.
The new variant is fully compatible with existing cases, it just switches the microcontroller for the new version of XIAO nrf plus (https://www.seeedstudio.com/Seeed-XIAO-BLE-nRF52840-p-5201.html). Since the RP2350 has the same pin layout on the backside, it should be compatible as well, although I haven't tested it.
The new XIAO version's battery pads are farther away from keyboard matrix pins which avoids creating short during soldering. The cutout is also much larger which should make soldering easier as well.
The rest of the board hasn't changed at all, only the footprint and routing near the microcontroller has been adjusted.
