This copies over the nnr scripts from GEOSadas and puts them in an Applications/GAAS_App folder.
AeroML is now part of GEOSadas components, so I want to pull the NNR scripts into AeroML to be able to version control more easily.
This is also in preparation of adding VIIRS>
