For our Data Science and Analytics Capstone project, our team collaborated with our client Dr. Anca Doloc Mihu to analyze real estate trends in Georgia. Using datasets on healthcare access, labor market indicators, and crime statistics by county, we explored how these factors impact real estate growth. We are planning to analyze our healthcare availability, employment rates, and crime patterns to find potential correlations, offering insights into regional growth dynamics. This project enables users to explore the relationships between unemployment rates, crime levels, labor availability, healthcare facilities, and housing prices across counties in Georgia. Through statistical models, machine learning techniques, and interactive dashboards, users can gain a deeper understanding of real estate trends. The project is designed for educational purposes, data analysis practice, and to demonstrate the application of AI/ML methods on real-world datasets. Users can access the cleaned datasets, review analysis notebooks, and interact with visualizations hosted on the project website.
