These configuration changes make it possible to run:
meltano run tap-postgres target-bigquery
or:
meltano run tab-bitfinexapi target-bigquery
You will need the `TARGET_SNOWFLAKE_PASSWORD` in your .env, I can send it over keybase.
Contains an initial translation for stg_credit_facility_events and configures sqlfluff formater for snowflake
