This pull request implements a new input option
exclude_file_required.The new input option allows for users to make the
exclude_filerequired or not. By default, it will still be required and fail the Action if the file cannot be loaded if it is supplied. However, you can now setexclude_file_required: "false"and supply aexclude_file: <path>and the action will attempt to load the file, but not fail if it cannot be loaded.resolves: #67
