Describe the bug
react-datepicker__time-list height is not updated when navigating from 5 weeks month (June 2020) to 6 weeks month (May 2020)
To Reproduce
Go to the official web site with examples, pick any with date and time
Open a 5 week month (June 2020)
Navigate to a 6 week month (May 2020)
Expected behavior
react-datepicker__time-list height should adjust to calendar height changes
