This appears to be working though there could still be some pending conversions. The code has also been updated to try an move most of the HamWAN specifics into config/settings or other config files. This work is not finished but is well along.

The portal code was based on very much older versions of the underlying packages (postgresql, Django, python, etc.). This set of commits brings the portal code current with late 2024 Debian releases of all these packages. There are also companion updates to the Servers.md setup documention on the hamwan.org site. We have also started to generalize the configuration to make it easier for others to use the portal for other domains and networks. There is more work to do in this area, but this makes a good start.
