IDLE early Liquidity provider token distribution

Calculations, queries and distribution of early liquidity providers rewards for a total of 520.000 IDLE (4% of the total supply of 13.000.000).

Early rewards ended on block 11174327.

Rewards are calculated proportionally to the amount deposited and the length of the deposit for Idle protocol V2 to V4 (500.000 IDLE).

A total reward of 20.000 IDLE is granted and equally distributed to V1 beta users.
