idx-circular-progress with initial value set, which is below 50% of the maximum value, shows progress up to 50% on initial animation and then progresses back to the actual value.

2. Observe the HS% and Accuracy progress indicators

Actual Result

The progress bars for both fill halfway and then backwards to the actual value.

Expected Result

The progress bars should animate to the value
